What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from premium beeswax and coconut oil with high-quality fragrances to ensure a clean burn and captivating scent.
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are designed to burn cleanly for about 12 hours for our 3 oz tin and about 30 hours for the 6oz glass jar, but be sure to trim your wick before each use!

When Will I Receive My Order?
We’re committed to making sure your experience with Eleven36 Candle Co. is seamless and enjoyable. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused candles. Please review our full policy for details.
How much is my shipping?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 on all orders within the U.S. For larger orders over $50, shipping is free! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
How do I get Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50! Simply add enough items to your cart to meet the minimum, and free shipping will automatically apply at checkout. Be sure to check for seasonal promotions that may offer free shipping on smaller orders as well!
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Can I return my order?
If you need to return your product for any reason, please email us for further instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
